Excelsys: Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Excelsys products are designed in Cork,Ireland, in a team based environment. Our design process includes Design for Manufacturing (DFM) audits and reviews. We make extensive use of DVT (Design Verification Test) and HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) techniques in our design process to ensure the quality of the design for the application. Our Compliance Manager manages safety and compliance issues. We currently design and ship product listed to EN60950, UL1950, IEC950, CSA22.2#234, EN50081-1, EN50082-1, EN61000-3-2, EN60601-1 among other specifications. Excelsys Designed product is manufactured in an ISO9000:2000 certified facility, where high-demand schedule flexibility is required. We currently using operate cellular based manufacturing, using Faxban, e-ban JIT delivery for our customers. Many of our standard products are configured and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt of an e-commence transaction, where speedy delivery is of the essence for our customers to meet their time-to-market goals. The highest efficiency, lowerst profile modular power supply in the market available in standard, medical, low noise and hi-temperature versions. The 3gen multi-output modular power range provides an instant, no compromise power solution for any power requirement where a 'non-standard' set of voltage & current combinations is needed. Excelsys has coupled a 2-transistor forward converter technology front end with planar magnetic main transformer technology and modular magnetic amplifier output stages to provide a fast turn-around, production line built power solution up to 1kW. The 3med medically approved modular power range provides an unparalleled solution for medical system designers, bringing all the versatility advantages of the 3gen series to this market. The DS120 series is an industry standard 110 Watt power supply on a 7 by 4.25inch card. These workhorses meet many applications at a remarkable low cost. Energysaver is a custom designed programmable pulsing power supply with universal 3-phase input and output power rating of 2.5kW average, 10kW peak.
